ESTABLISHMENT
Our first venture in transport and dispatching started in early 2005. Transportation Business seems to swallow you in to its own world. Once you are in it, it becomes part of you.
In the world of faxes, phone calls, paper records and high dependency on humans, there was a lot of room for errors. File cabinets, folders and sticky notes ruled the business world. Good old Pay-phones were still in use. Management and Record keeping tools were limited. We started then and mastered it all.
Available dispatching softwares were very primitive, most of the time they made more problems than they solved.
Development
Inspired by years in Aviation University, Control Tower Dispatch Operations along with our team background in Software Development and Engineering, we decided to try and develop our own dispatching software.
First version of 247Route was born and implemented for better management and record keeping needs of our own operation. Our business received a new set of wheels and we started to grow quick. Reaching our limits and losing quality of our service was never in mind. So we started to grow even faster to keep up with demand of returning costumers.
Implementation
There were no breaks taken in making improvements, development and expansion of our platform. Similar business and competitors noticed our success and asked for help with their challenges in their business.
247Route became available to commercial customers. Number of different providers and carriers signed up to use our software. That number is still growing.
Strategy
Our Carrier company was established to accommodate our bigger client’s needs. Clients like Bellhop and Amazon, covering 5 state area. Utilizing 247Route platform we grew our fleet rapidly and perfected our services.
Expansion
In our effort to streamline work process, bring higher stability in service, grow our Transportation Network and Lower our Cost, 247Route begins to develop a Brokerage module.
Attainment
247Route eliminated unnecessary expenses, enabled tools that made our Network stronger and more efficient. Increased quality of our service and brought everyone to the table. We had reached our goal in making our service 100% transparent & available to Everyone.
